Sea Love Savannah is a boutique candle bar in Savannah, Georgia, offering personalized scent-blending experiences, walk-in workshops, and luxury candle collections. While their physical space is serene, inviting, and minimal, their original website fell short as it was confusing navigation, poor booking flow, and an inconsistent brand voice disrupted the user experience.

As part of a UX design team, we redesigned Sea Love’s digital presence with the goal of translating its luxurious, coastal, and relaxed in-store experience into a seamless online journey.

The Problem

Information architecture is all over the place

While the website meets basic needs, usability issues make navigation confusing, potentially frustrating users and reducing engagement and sales.

So, what did we do?

How Might we?

How might we redesign the website to make it easier and more enjoyable for users to navigate, while evoking the same sense of calm and relaxation they feel in the physical store?
